Editor's Address Hi friends !! After a long break of three months filled with exams and UTSAV, the Ed Cell is back in business. Business, strictly in the sense, proving to the council that the Ed Cell does exist. And so, breaking away from the shackles of tradition, we proudly present, a never before 8-page long E-Mail just for you. And this, before you start thinking highly of the Ed Cell, mind you, is hardly a result of over-enthu. But, by default is largely, due to an extra helping of inspiration derived from our Presi and Vice-Presi.Also,thanks to our ever-dependable Tushar, from Exec Cell, who despite of UTSAV activities, worked overnight surfing the web in search of quality articles for our discerning readers. SFE has always been a trendsetter, and keeping with the tradition, the SFE think-tank has done it again. The idea of a unique Placement Simulation for all the T.E. students was thought of and put into action. Needless to mention, this received a rapturous response from the experience hungry students. Also, as usual, SFE promises a load of activities to keep all of its members busy throughout this semester. We have the seminar contest for the TEs and also a paper contest. For all circuit designers out there, we are bringing the Hardware Contest. So, engineers, get your brains ticking.... Caring not only for members ,but also for all other students eager to try their chance for higher studies, we plan to hold GRE/CET simulation tests again. With many good companies lined up on our hit list, we promise some really interesting industrial visits for members, this semester. And, last but not the least, SFE plans to wrap up this years activities with our Annual Symposium, which is scheduled to take place in the first week of March. So,friends get geared up for this forthcoming fun-filled semester........
